This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Scommettendo s.r.l. The aggregate liability of the Operator to any User for all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by that User to the Operator in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

This Agreement, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with it, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The regulatory framework applicable to the operation of the Website is that established by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) pursuant to licence number 15125, and all gambling-related activities conducted through the Website are subject to the relevant Italian legislative and regulatory provisions governing remote gambling services.
